Location Shoot Info

  • Scheduling– We will leave Dothan one day prior to the 1st day of the shoot. Shooting begins at 9am on the first day of the shoot. Each client should be spaced 2 hours apart with 30 minutes added for each additional look.
  • Requirements– At least 10 rolls booked. The person hosting the shoot will receive 1 roll plus 1 extra look for every 10 rolls scheduled. If there are more than 10 rolls scheduled, an additional day may be necessary to shoot the clients for best results. This must be discussed prior to all final scheduling. You will also be required to send a completed and approved schedule with deposits for final confirmation.
  • Deposits– All deposits must be sent in to us by Fed-Ex 3 weeks prior to the shoot. Deposits are $200.00 per roll.
  • Check Policy– We would prefer money orders on all deposits. All returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee. All uncollected checks will be turned over to the local district attorney after a 10-day waiting period. We do accept VISA and MASTER CARD.
  • Air Flights– If the location is over a 5-hour drive, we will need to book air travel. To do this, your deposits must be in to us on time. We will book our flights 21 days in advance to avoid additional cost of last minute booking of flights. All of these plans must be discussed in advanced.
